Generate Biomedicines has disclosed the inadvertent early release of three posters highlighting its investigational long-acting anti-TSLP monoclonal antibody, GB-0895, ahead of the European Respiratory Society (ERS) Congress 2026.
According to an August 25, 2026 Form 8-K filing, draft versions of the posters were inadvertently made publicly available on the ERS website before the expiration of the applicable embargo, which Generate Biomedicines understood to remain in effect until 6:01 p.m. Eastern Time on September 7. As a precautionary measure, the company furnished the final versions of all three posters as Exhibit 99.1 to the Form 8-K under Item 7.01. The company noted that the furnished information is not deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act.
The three posters, scheduled for presentation at ERS Congress 2026 from September 5–9, cover distinct aspects of the GB-0895 clinical development program:
- Asthma Pharmacological Data: Early clinical evidence demonstrating a sustained pharmacological profile supporting evaluation of a twice-yearly, or six-month, dosing interval in patients with asthma.
- COPD Pharmacological Data: Early clinical results demonstrating sustained pharmacological activity following administration in adults with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
- Phase 3 SOLAIRIA Program Design: The clinical design of SOLAIRIA-1 and SOLAIRIA-2, two randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 3 studies evaluating GB-0895 in patients with severe uncontrolled asthma. The poster outlines the clinical framework and endpoints of the ongoing program rather than reporting mature efficacy outcomes.
GB-0895 is being developed as a long-acting anti-TSLP antibody for respiratory diseases. The three posters are expected to form part of Generate Biomedicines’ scientific presentations at ERS Congress 2026.
